Estimated Arrival Times: Upholstered & Case Goods: 8-12 weeks
Eclectic Essentials will do its best to assure your merchandise arrives within the estimated arrival period. However, since these estimates are only based on industry averages we cannot make any guarantees nor offer any monetary compensation for unforeseen delays which are common in the furniture industry. These delays may be caused by several factors including, but not limited to, manufacturer’s scheduling, stock on-hand, availability of materials, and transportation difficulty.
Status checks: Due to the small size of our company status checks can only be made after 8 weeks from the time of order. For status checks e-mail request to: wayne@eclecticessentials.com and please allow 2 –3 days for a response.
Style Specifications: Many styles Eclectic Essentials sells are knock-offs of popular retail styles. We do not guarantee that the specifications and measurements match those of the original style copied, only that the general style is the same. All sofa dimensions are plus or minus one inch. All JT sofa dimensions are plus or minus two inches.
Size Limitations: Customers are responsible for size limitations. Be sure your merchandise will fit your desired location and be conscious of passages (i.e. stairwells, doorways, etc.) that may cause a delivery problem. Each collection has its own dimensions and sofas are measured at widest point.
Delivery: Eclectic Essentials does not provide delivery services, however, we will arrange delivery with a third-party delivery service on your behalf. These companies are neither owned nor endorsed by EE and we do not take responsibility for their acts. Please see Shipping Information below for more detail.
Color/Finish: Eclectic Essentials does its best to assure that the product you receive matches your order. However, due to the uniqueness of some of our products: color, finish and dye lot may vary on each item. In addition, continual exposure to light and temperature changes can and will affect wear. Also note that when ordering matching furniture pieces, it is best to order at the same time to ensure the same color/finish.
Damage or Defects: Merchandise that arrives with shipping damage or manufacturer defects will be returned to the manufacturer for REPLACEMENT or REPAIR ONLY. Our team will work hard to provide a solution as quickly as possible but please allow 6-8 weeks for replacement or repair. Eclectic Essentials does not offer warranties and all sales are final.
Assembly: Some merchandise may require assembly.
Custom Furniture Orders-All Sales Final:
Custom orders are non-cancelable. No refund on special or custom furniture orders. Customer understands that interpretational variations may occur on custom designed and custom finished furniture. An “exact” match to any picture or finish sample is impossible to guarantee. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide detailed pictures, drawings and measurements with respect to the custom furniture ordered. Any measurement not given will be determined by the manufacturer to the best of their ability based on information given.
Eclectic Essentials Shipping Information
Eclectic Essentials is always striving to bring greater value to our customers. We use Quick Delivery exclusively for local deliveries and thus they have agreed to give our customers special delivery rates. We will notify you when your furniture is ready and make arrangements for your furniture to be picked-up from the manufacturer. You can expect a call from the delivery company to arrange a mutually agreeable delivery time once your furniture has been picked-up.
Here are some important things to remember when you are taking delivery of your furniture:
*You may designate your own delivery company if you would like
· *Although our suppliers take great care in packaging their goods for shipping, damages sometimes will occur in transit. It is important for you to carefully INSPECT ALL MERCHANDISE UPON ARRIVAL for any damages or defects. The manufacturing company and/or shipping company will not provide a remedy for any damage not noted at the time of delivery.
· *You must refuse shipment if there is a problem that requires repair. If you feel that the problem is minor and can be fixed without returning the whole piece to the manufacturer then make sure to note the problem in detail on the delivery acceptance form provided by the delivery company at the time of delivery and Eclectic Essentials will work with the manufacturer and/or shipper to provide a solution. If a return trip is necessary to pick-up damaged furniture there will be an additional charge to you.

· *Eclectic Essentials will not be able to assist you in replacement of damaged goods or reimbursement if the above procedures are not followed
